Are the package prices final?
The listed prices come from current Almiyar package material, but travel prices can change. Almiyar will confirm the final fare, dates, hotels, room type and included services in writing before payment.
How do I check package availability?
Send the package name, preferred travel month, departure city and traveller count by WhatsApp or through the enquiry form. The office will check current seats, hotels and room options.
What does the hotel distance mean?
The distance shown is the stated approximate distance from the relevant Haram area. Actual walking routes and access points can differ, so ask the office to confirm the hotel location for your dates.
What is the difference between sharing, quad, triple and double rooms?
Sharing means a shared room or bed arrangement. Quad is normally four people, triple is three and double is two. Confirm room layout, bed type and sharing rules before payment.
Are flights included?
Flight inclusion depends on the package. Where a route or airline is listed, the final flight number, time, baggage and seat availability still need written confirmation.
Does Almiyar guarantee an Umrah visa?
Almiyar provides visa assistance or visa-related services where shown. Approval remains subject to current Saudi rules and the relevant authorities.
Can children and infants travel on these packages?
Yes, subject to current airline, hotel and visa conditions. Share each traveller’s age so the office can provide the correct current rate and document list.
Is transport included?
Transport is listed in several packages. Ask for written confirmation of airport transfers, intercity transport, shuttle service and any Ziyarat transport before payment.
How do I confirm baggage allowance?
Baggage rules are set by the airline and ticket type. Confirm the latest checked and cabin baggage allowance before ticket issuance.
Can I book only a hotel?
You can send a hotel-only enquiry with the city, dates, room type and traveller count. Availability and rate will be checked for those dates.
