General booking, payment, change and cancellation information.
Enquiry and quotation
A booking enquiry is not a reservation. Almiyar will provide current information and, where available, a written quotation covering the selected services and payment requirements.
Confirmation and payment
A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received and Almiyar provides confirmation. Do not make payment to an unverified account or person.
Changes and cancellations
Airline, hotel, visa, transport and supplier change or cancellation charges may apply. The amount and refund position depend on the confirmed booking and the relevant supplier rules.
Traveller changes and no-show
Name changes, date changes, missed flights and no-shows can result in charges or loss of service. Contact Almiyar immediately if a confirmed traveller cannot travel.
